安全仪表功能(SIF)的实现和验证

摘 要:结合国际安全标准IEC 61508、IEC61511及ANSI/ISA-84.00.01 (IEC61511 Mod)介绍了过程工业安全生命周期中通过安全仪表系统(SIS)实现安全仪表功能(SIF)的设计方法、功能安全设备的评估和选择、SIL的实现和安全功能的验证。

安全仪表系统硬件失效概率的评估方法

摘 要:首先介绍了安全仪表系统在实际应用中的需求以及安全仪表系统的硬件失效概率评估的必要性。然后,在研究了硬件失效概率的评估方法后,分析了低要求模式下SIS系统在各种表决组的物理块图和可靠性块图。最后,通过一个范例的计算详细介绍了具体结构下SIS系统的硬件失效概率评估方法。

Abstract: Firstly,this paper brings out the requirement of the Safety Instrument System in practical application and introduces the necessity of the PFD evaluation for SIS. After studying the evaluation method for PFD, this paper analyzes physical block diagram and reliability block diagram of a lot of kinds vote group for SIS in low demand mode of operation. Finally, an example is used to introduce the procedure of PFD evaluation.

本质安全系统设计的若干问题探讨
On Some Details of the Intrinsically Safe Circuit Design

摘 要:介绍了工作在危险区域中的本质安全电路通过阻止工作在危险区域中的仪器和低电压电路释放出足够的能量即限制超过标准的以电压和电流形式存在的电能而使电路达到本质安全的原理。阐述了模拟量输入输出和数字量输入输出的安全栅是如何保证各种应用是本质安全的。最后给出了本质安全系统的接线、安装、接地维护和故障诊断等细节。

Abstract: The article presents that the intrinsically safe circuit can stop the instruments and low voltage devices such as thermocouples, analog I/O, digital I/O working in the hazardous area from emitting excessive energy which exists in the forms of electric voltage or current and maintain the working devices safe intrinsically by using intrinsic safe barrier and gives some information on the details of wiring, installing, grounding, sealing, maintaining and detecting of the intrinsically safe system .

基于Wincc的控制设备故障诊断系统研究与实现

摘 要:基于现场总线和工业以太网分布式自动化系统在工业生产中应用越来越广泛,本文以宝钢股份公司梅山炼钢厂自动化系统为例,利用Siemens公司的PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术和Wincc组态软件设计实现了基础自动化设备的在线故障诊断系统,可直接嵌入到操作站应用软件中。该系统投运后大大减少了故障处理时间,可推广到类似自动化系统中。

Abstract:The distributed automation system based on field bus is applied in industry Ethernet. The online fault diagnostic system of fundamental devices is designed and realized by means of Siemens Wincc configuration software and Profibus-DP fieldbus technology in the paper with the automation system of MeiShan steel making mill as an example, which can be embedded in the application software. The system is put into use successfully and shorten the fault processing time, and can extended to the similar industry automation system.

基于公共电话网的电梯安全呼叫系统

摘 要:介绍了一种新型的电梯安全呼叫系统,该系统采用总线式拓扑结构和DTMF双音多频信号作为系统的共路信令,对电梯群进行组网,构成由电梯分机、机房电话和小区管理中心的管理主机三级组成的小区电梯安全呼叫网络,然后进一步将小区电梯安全呼叫网络接入公共电话网,实现电梯的远程监控。

企业内通用电子文档安全保护架构
A Security Architecture Protecting General Electronics Files in EPR

摘 要:介绍一种企业环境中电子文档的保护架构—FSPA的设计和应用。此架构以文件服务器为中心,当文件被上传到文件服务器后,被保护的文件内容就不会离开服务器,用户与被保护文件的交互方式与在本机相同。此架构可有效防止企业内部电子文档的泄密,并提高了系统透明性。

Abstract: In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of an industrial-strength solution call File Shadowed Protection Architecture (FSPA), which can transparently and effectively stop information theft by insiders in most cases. The FSPA architecture ensures that bits of a protected file never leave a FSPA server after the files checked in and users can still interact with the protected files in the same way as if it is stored locally.

基于工业以太网的实时监测系统研究
The Research of Real Time Monitoring System Based on Industrial Ethernet

摘 要:工业以太网是新兴的网络控制技术,具有以太网通信能力的智能控制模块是构成工业以太网控制系统的基础。本文基于RCM4010以太网通信模块,对网络化的高精度信号采集系统进行设计。文中详细阐述了系统的设计方案、实现思路和调试结果。系统实际运行结果表明该实时监控系统具有精度高、灵活性大、可靠性好的显著特点,符合工业控制的要求。

Abstract:Industrial Ethernet is a new method of internet control technology. The module with Ethernet is the basic element of system based on Industrial Ethernet. This article based on the RCM4010 Ethernet communication module, carries on the design to the network high accuracy signal gathering system. 工业控制系统中的CRC算法实现

摘 要:针对工业控制系统中的特殊应用,提出利用CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check)校验方法提高通信可靠性,并着重介绍了CRC校验原理及在工业控制网络中的实现方法,重点阐述了查表法的CRC实现,同时给出余式项的生成程序,进一步方便大家编写CRC校验程序。此计算方式已经在新华TisNet系统中成功应用,并取得了较好的实时通信能力。

CRC算法在单片机通信系统中的实现

摘 要:主要论述了在单片机通信系统中CRC算法的设计和在单片机硬件环下的编程实现。为了实现单片机系统之间高效无差错的数据传输,必须对数据进行检错,当传输距离较远或采用无线传输时,这就更为重要了。给出了3种对应于51单片机硬件环境的C语言程序的算法,并从性能和成本上进行了比较,对按位计算CRC码的方法给出了一种通用的算法。

网络智能化业务的数据迁移设计与实现

摘 要:固网运营商面临的挑战日益严峻,网络智能化可以提升PSTN价值和降低运营成本。本文分别描述了基于PSR和基于SHLR的网络智能化业务平台,对这2个平台上的业务数据迁移方案和步骤进行了详细阐述,并讨论了SHLR上的彩铃、同振/顺呼、NP、居间等业务。

Abstract: With the further increment of the market requirement, networked intelligence service platform can improve the value of PSTN, and reduce the running cost. The paper describes the PSR-based and the SHLR-based networked intelligence service platform. It describes in details the method of data migration and procedures in these two platforms. It also discusses four networked intelligence services: color ringing, the notice of modify num, NP, and only which are opened for all the network users.

利用第三方软件实现WinCC打印实时报表的方法

摘 要:根据WinCC组态软件的特点,给出了利用第三方软件—Excel,通过DDE、OLE、OPC规范实现了支持WInCC监控软件在线报表的打印。该在线报表的报表的方法简单、实用,可以大大降低工程成本。

基于DCS系统的神经网络预测控制

摘 要:神经网络具有非线性的拟合特性,因此被广泛地应用于复杂工业过程的控制。DCS是近几十年发展起来的工业过程控制装置。本文基于DCS装置对一液位对象实现了神经网络的预测控制,无论是在稳定性还是鲁棒性上都表现出了良好的控制效果,为先进控制算法在DCS系统上的实施提供了一个应用实例。

Abstract:Neural network has been widely used in complicated industry process control due to its nonlinear character . DCS is a kind of industry process control equipment during the last few years. A tank level has been controlled with the neural network predictive control realized at the DCS system, good performance has been achieved both in the stability and the robustness, and a application example has been supplied for the advanced control arithmetic at the DCS system.

基于CC2500的点对多点无线通信系统

摘 要:介绍了一种基于CC2500的点对多点无线通信系统的设计方法,分析了CC2500芯片的应用特点,制定了适合点对多点无线通信方式的通信协议,编制了相应的程序流程图,设计了硬件电路。实践表明,该系统控制简单、使用方便、工作稳定性很高,能够可靠地实现点对多点的无线通信。

Abstract: This paper presents the design method of telecommunication system designing from one dot to multi-dots based on CC2500.In paper,the application specialties of CC2500 chip is analysed ,Correspondence protocol suitable for which is formulated,on the basis of which the communication protocols from one dot to multi-dots and the corresponding program flow chart are constituted,and the hardware circuit is designed.The experiments indicate that this system is easy to control to put into practical application, and it can realize telecommunication from one dot to multi-dots reliably and stably.

PLC串口通信的MSComm与API实现

摘 要:在利用PC(上位机)通过串口通信实现对可编程控制器(PLC)的监控上,本文分别采用了MSComm控件和API函数来实现数据通信,并且在实现时间以及执行效率上进行了比较,用户能够更清楚地了解二者在性能上的差异,因此,在对基于串口通信的PLC监控方式的选择上,用户可以根据实际情况进行合适的选择。

Abstract: Using PC to realize the supervisory control to PLC by communication with series port, this article adopt MSComm control and API function respectively, and has carried out comparison on realizing time and carrying out efficiency. So, consumers can understand the difference between their performances clearly. Consequently, on selecting monitoring way in PLC by communicating with series port, consumers can consider the actual conditions to make the best decision.

摘 要:随着网络和嵌入式系统的发展,将以太网和嵌入式系统相结合,运用到工业控制中已经成为最新的研究动向。本文介绍了RTL8019AS芯片的主要特性和性能,以及在嵌入式HMI触摸屏中,由RTL8019AS所构成的网络模块在工业控制中与远程终端进行以太网数据传输的硬件和软件实现。此模块设计简单,成本低,实现方便,具有很好的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: With the development of the internet and the embedded system, the bonding of the internet and the embedded system and using it in industrial control has been the latest research subject. This paper introduced the general performance of the Ethernet controller RTL8019AS, and how to use the net module which embed in HMI touch panel composed of RTL8019AS to realize Ethernet data transmission with remote terminal units in industrial control. It also gives the hardware design. This module is easy in design, low in cost, and convenient in realization. It has better practical value and wide application in the future.

基于微粒群神经网络的软测量建模及其在丁二烯装置中的应用

摘 要:在复杂的现代工业环境中,为保证生产的连续稳定运行,需要对大量的现场设备进行在线状态检测。这就对状态检测中数据采集的可靠性、经济性和实时性提出了更高的要求。本文则介绍了设备状态监测仪器中USB2.0数据采集接口的设计与实现。该接口设计包括底层硬件、固件程序、上位机驱动和用户程序,且具有速度快、性能高、占CPU资源少的特点。

Abstract: In complex industrial environment, the condition of mass field equipments need to be monitored on-line in order to guarantee them run continuously and steadily. It requests data acquisition more effectively, more economically and faster in condition monitoring. The design which includes the hardware, firmware, driver and user’s application has excellent performance in high speed, high performance and occupying less CPU resources.

无线传感网能量监测方法研究

摘 要:文章研究了无线传感网的能量消耗情况,并提出两种对网络中节点剩余能量的监控方法。一种方法基于软件,靠读取最大接收能量指示的值判断节点能量的消耗情况,只适用于节点位置固定情况;一种方法基于硬件,利用AD采集本地电源供电电压信息,判断节点能量消耗情况,普遍使用于各种路由拓扑情况。

Abstract: The article has studied the energy consumption of wireless sensor network, and proposes two kinds of method to monitor the residual energy of the nodes in the network. One method, basing on software, depends on reading RSSI to evaluate state of energy consumption situation. It only can be used in the condition that the node position is fixed; another method is based on the hardware, converting analog voltage which stands for the energy power source information into digital voltage ,and with it judging the energy consumption situation of the node. This method generally uses any kinds of routing application in the wireless sensor network.

基于WEB的远程实验平台设计与实现

摘 要:总结和借鉴了国内外网络实验室的发展现状和经验,将一套本地实验装置扩展为基于WEB的远程实验平台。重新设计了原实验装置的控制单元,以现场总线、工业以太网为通信枢纽,OPC为软硬件通信接口与网际组态软件WebAccess的监控节点相连,使校园网或Internet上的用户能够通过WebAccess远程控制锅炉液位和远程调整控制单元PID参数,为构建远程实验平台提供了一种实用的解决方案。

Abstract: By summarizing and referring to domestic and overseas networked laboratories, local boiler experimental device is extended to web-based experimental platform. We redesign the control unit of experimental device by using the field bus and industrial Ethernet as its communication methods ,OPC as its communication interface which connects to supervisory node of WebAccess. Remote control of boiler level and remote tuning of PID parameters via campus net or Internet are achieved. A practical resolution for building web-based experimental platform is presented.

摘 要:介绍了宝钢5#高炉鼓风机CS3000控制系统手操器MODBUS通信发生故障后,通过更换卡件、增加屏蔽、修改扫描周期等排除法手段,最终发现是MODBUS通信卡SB311与用于机组事故记录的SOE通信相冲突,将SB311延时18μs后解决了故障。

Abstract: In this paper, the author presents and researchs the CS3000 DCS control system communication error. Several measures have been adopted to resolve the countermeasure, such as checking the device & cable’s earth-grounding, replacing the communication card and fiber cable as well. Finally, the communication conflict between MODBUS and SOE card are found, then the SOE card scan period is adjusted and the delay is adopted and the problems are resolved.

摘 要:近年来,电站、仪器仪表生产单位及业内专家对锅炉汽包水位测量技术的研究取得了显著的成果。内置式电极传感器、内置式平衡容器、高精度电极传感器、低偏差云母水位计和多测孔接管等测量装置的开发和应用解决了汽包水位测量的诸多问题,提高了测量精度。图像处理方法及虚拟仪器的应用提高了锅炉汽包水位测量的准确性和可靠性。软测量方法为锅炉汽包水位测量系统的发展提供了新的思路。

Abstract:The measurement of drum level has been intensively studied by instrument users, manufactures and experts, with remarkable achievement. Measuring devices, such as interior-type electrode sensor, interior-type balance vessel, high-accuracy electrode sensor, low-deviation mica water-level, multi-measuring-holes pipe, and these development and have solved many problems in drum level measurement, and increased higher measuring accuracy. 摘 要:为提高动态定量称重的称量精度与速度,采用重力给料与电磁振动双料口结构,建立对象微分方程,分析对象动态特性,融合模糊逻辑推理与神经网络控制技术,实现了测量误差的动态补偿。理论分析和盐场包装实践结果表明: 20-50kg粉料称量速度提高了2-2.5倍,精度提高到3-4‰。

Abstract: To improve the accuracy and velocity of dynamic batching weighing, gravity and electromagnetic vibrations feedings are adopted. A controlling object transfer function is built up, the dynamic characteristic is analyzed, and combining the fuzzy logical reasoning with NN control technique to realize dynamic compensation for measurement errors. The results of theory analysis and experiment in salt fields indicate that the weighing velocity has been increased 2-2.5 times in the 20-50kg powder weighing and the precision is a 3-4‰.

Abstract: Application of the Visual Inspection System for online inspecting appearance quality is an important step for enhancing control capability of packing process. Recently,online visual inspection technique has developped quickly and been more advisable. According to equipment,the most important thing of the application is not hardware any more,but the software of graph process.Comprehension of the postulate,and flexibly handling the judgements,greatly influence the effects of the Visual Inspection System.Taking an example of the Visual Inspection System on cigarette carton appearance quality designed by Yunnan ZiJin Technology and Trade Co.Ltd.,this text discusses the postulate, ordinary judgements and application of the graph process.We hope that it can be helpful for the application of Visual Inspection System to improve the production appearance quality.

基于FPGA的ECT/ERT系统激励信号源

摘 要:针对电容及电阻层析成像系统的要求,设计并实现了一种基于FPGA的激励信号源,不需改动外部电路,即可产生多频率成分的正弦信号,或产生方波激励信号。输出频率范围为0-1.5MHz。通过对正弦波进行泰勒级数插值,使信号源的精度有了很大的提高;信号源的频率、相角及幅值可调。实验结果表明,该信号源精度高,幅值稳定性好,可以满足采用不同数据采集方式的电容及电阻层析成像系统的需要。

Abstract:An FPGA based signal generator for Electrical Capacitance and Resistance Tomography system is designed and implemented in this paper. Multi-frequency sine-wave and square-wave excitation signals can be generated without modifying external circuitry. The frequency covers from 0 to 1.5MHz. The frequency, phase and amplitude of the signals can be digitally controlled. The precision of the sine-wave signal is improved significantly with Taylor series corrected method. Experimental results show that the signal generator is of high precision and stability, and is an ideal module for both Electrical Capacitance and Resistance Tomography system with different data acquisition schemes.

电容层析成像系统敏感场研究
Study on Sensitive Field of Electrical Capacitance Tomography

摘 要:电容层析成像技术(ECT)是一种基于电容传感机理的过程成像技术,近年来发展迅速。ECT传感器的敏感场分布是作为先验知识引入到管道截面图像重建中去的,其好坏对成像质量有很大影响,敏感场分布受成像介电常数分布的影响,因此具有软场特性。本文建立了敏感场分布的数学模型及有限元模型,介绍了敏感场的计算方法,通过基于有限元模型的仿真试验分析研究了ECT传感器的软场特性以及影响敏感场分布的因素和规律。

Abstract:Electrical capacitance tomography is a process tomography based on capacitance sensor, which has been developed rapidly in recent years. The sensitivity distributions of capacitance tomography have great influence on the quality of reconstructed picture. The sensitivity distribution of the tomography must be defined before image reconstruction, which is affect by medium distribution and have the characteristic of “soft field”. This paper builds the mathematical and finite element model of the capacitance sensitivity field distribution and introduces the computing method of the sensitivity field. By the simulation on FEM model, it studies several factors and rules which affect sensitive field distribution.

RBF神经网络在智能多参数变送器中的应用
Application of RBF Neural Network in Smart Multivariable Transmitters

摘 要:介绍了扩散硅多参数传感器的结构原理及简单数学模型,提出了基于RBF神经网络的补偿算式,实现对过程差压、过程静压和传感器温度的准确测量和输出。考虑到智能变送器资源上的限制,设计适用的RBF神经网络及混合型学习算法,以求网络的简单,并在较少训练样本和学习周期的条件下满足变送器输出要求。实验结果表明,基于该RBF补偿算式设计的智能多参数变送器具有较高的输出精度。

Abstract:This paper introduce the structure and the mathematic model of the multivariable silicon sensor, then design a RBF ANN to measure the process different pressure, the static pressure and the sensor temperature synchronously. In view of the limited resource of the transmitter, the RBF ANN has been designed with a simple structure and a mixed training arithmetic in order to meet the output request of high precision even in a few sample data and epochs for training. The result shows the output of the transmitter with the RBF ANN is satisfied.

基于神经网络的晶圆缺陷分类系统
The Wafer Defects Classification System Based on ANN

摘 要:基于神经网络的晶圆缺陷分类系统是为了实现晶圆宏观缺陷的检测和分类而进行的一项研究课题。在前阶段完成了晶圆缺陷的检测和特征提取的基础上,本文分别从算法理论和实际应用的角度,重点设计了BP神经网络对缺陷的分类, 并根据类别数目和特征向量长度对隐含层节点数目进行了设计,在试验分析的基础上,选取了恰当的权值、阈值及网络学习速率。实验证明,设计的检测系统专业性强,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:The wafer defects detecting and classifying system system based on ANN aims at inspecting macro wafer defects. On the basis of finishing the defects detecting and defects feature extraction in the previous stage, through ANN theory and actural application, we design BP ANN to classify the defects, of which the connotative layer and the number of nodes were designed on basis of the number of classes and feature vector length. Proper weight, threshold and learning rate were selected based upon experiment. The experiment results prove that the proposed system features a strong background of specialty and can be applied into practice.

高炉炉衬侵蚀测量模型与系统

摘 要:对高炉炉衬侵蚀进行实时监测和预报并提前采取有效措施是提高高炉寿命和安全生产运行的重要手段。本文以莱钢1880高炉为例,在采集炉体预埋专用传感器阵列数据的基础上,通过热电阻温度传热机理分析,采用三段自修正法建立高炉炉衬侵蚀测量模型,结果表明该方法能有效克服非线性影响,提高炉衬侵蚀测量精度。

Abstract:In order to prolong the usage life and ensure safety operation of blast furnace, It is useful to establish real time monitoring and measurement of blast furnace line and take efficient protective measures in advance. This article takes the 1880 m3 blast furnace of Laigang Company as an example , base on the collection of array data of build-in special sensors, by means of the intrinsic mechanics analysis of thermal resistance, applied the method of three stage self-adaptive to build the model of blast furnace’s lining, the result indicates that the method can decrease the influence of nonlinear efficiently, and can improve the measurement accuracy of blast furnace’s lining .

基于光纤传感器的硬盘盒螺孔检测系统

摘 要:介绍了一种基于PLC和光纤传感器的便携式硬盘盒螺孔检测系统,给出了系统结构及部分设计程序。实践表明,该系统结构简单,使用灵活方便,实现了对硬盘盒表面是否有螺孔的现场检验, 具有较高的使用价值。

Abstract:The paper introduces the portable examinational system of based PLC and fiber-optic sensor used in detecting screw,and gives the structure of system and the some program designs for the system. 伺服执行机构测试仪的设计与实现

摘 要:本文设计的伺服执行机构测试仪,以嵌入式工控板为控制核心,采用自主研发的IO模块,配以触摸屏作为人机界面,在WinCE和EVC4.0、VC6.0下开发控制软件。该测试仪可以按照一定的实验方法和控制策略对伺服执行机构中的伺服阀、电磁阀进行控制,并对相应的被测量进行数据采集、记录和处理,从而完成伺服执行机构的主要特性参数、特性曲线的测试实验。该测试仪已经得到实际应用。

PTA项目试车中控制阀存在问题的探讨
Discussion about Problems of Control Valve during PTA Commissioning

摘 要:辽阳石化PTA项目试车阶段用97℃水模拟实际工况进行热水运行,对所有工段试运转中“V”型球(PCV21310)阀门出现的汽蚀问题进行了讨论,并提出了整改方案。根据工艺实际需要对蝶阀(ZCV22122)的开关时间作了分析,提出了改进措施。

Abstract: During the Commissioning step in PTA plant of Liaoyang petrochemical company, 97℃ water is used to simulate the actual process condition. The problem of boiler continuous blowdown in PCV21310 during the commissionings of all sections are discussed. The reforming scheme is proposed. On the basis of actral process, the time of “ON” & “OFF” for butterfly valves is analysed, the improvement methods are put forward.
