¡ï  2002 International Industrial Explosion Protection Equipment Exhibition and Conference (EXPEC 2002)

¡ï SITIIAS was authorized as a testing and certification organ for pattern approval of pressurized pipeline elements

SIPAI inspection and Testing Institute of Instruments and Automatic Systems (SITIIAS) was authorized by the State Administration for Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine on March 13, 2002 as one of the two testing and certification organs for pattern approval of pressurized pipeline elements in China to perform testing and certification of valves for use in pressurized pipelines.

¡ï SITIIAS was authorized as a testing and certification organ for compulsory ¡°3 C¡± product certification

According to Document No.39 [2002] issued by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China on March 29, 2002, ¡°Circular relevant to the call for the appointed testing and certification organs to Implement compulsory product certification by stipulation¡±, SIPAI inspection and Testing Institute of Instruments and Automatic Systems (SITIIAS) was officially authorized as an appointed testing and certification organ by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China to Implement compulsory product certification of electronic apparatus for financial and commercial settlement.  

These two authorizations indicate the further enhancement of co-operation between SITIIAS and government authorities, as well as the expanding and increasing of its business, which will surely contribute to realizing its target set for the year 2002.

¡ï NEPSI has a new international cooperation partner

On April 9th  to 10th , 2002, Mr. Jim Munro, Director of TESTSAFE of Australian, a world famous testing and certification organization for explosion protection, and Chairman of IEC/TC31 (Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmospheres), made a friend visit to National Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation (NEPSI).

Based on mutual interests, both sides finally reached a cooperation agreement to establish cooperative relationship of mutual recognition in the field of testing and certification of electrical apparatus used in explosive atmospheres.  This is the third bilateral cooperation agreement on mutual recognition signed between NEPSI and world famous testing and certification organizations for explosion protection.                                             ......  more for detail
