Supervision and Inspection Center for Vehicle Electronic Components
As a specialized organization mainly
engaged in testing of vehicle electronic components, the Machinery
Industry Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Vehicle
Electronic Components, approved by China Machinery Industry
Federation, was established based on the previous automotive
electronic components testing laboratory of Shanghai inspection
and testing institute of instruments and automation systems (SITIIAS).
The organization already has had a testing experience of vehicle
electronic components for more than 20 years up to now. With an
additional investment of 20 million RMB in total, its testing
range covers European, American, Japanese and Korean as well as
domestic automotive standards, and all the testing capabilities
and its traceability on metrology were respectively accredited and
approved by CNAL and CNCA. Through cooperating with the
international well-known certification bodies and testing
organizations, we can help our valuable clients to obtain the
European E/e-Mark certification and various automotive
manufacturers’ approval, or provide the powerful technical support
and effective quality guarantee for manufacturers of vehicle
electronic components.

1. Environmental test items: Dry heat; Cold; Invariable damp heat;
Variable damp heat; Temperature variation; Temperature shock;
Mould growth; Enclosure Protection; Solar radiation; Sulphur
dioxide/ sulfureted hydrogen, etc.
2. Mechanical environmental test items: Sinusoidal vibration;
Random vibration; Combined temperature and vibration; Bump; Shock;
Drop; Inclination; Topple, etc.
3. EMC test items: Conducted emission; Radiated emission;
Radiated, radio-frequency, electromagnetic field immunity;
Electrostatic discharge immunity; Bulk current injection; Voltage
variation; reverse polarity; Electronic load; Voltage transient
emission (time domain); Voltage transient pulse immunity; Ignition
noise; Magnetic immunity, etc.

The range of products tested
The range of products tested covers the
vehicles components powered by 12V, 24V and 42V. For example, automotive
anti-theft alarm (sensor, host, buzzer, etc.), astern radar, forward
radar, buzzer, automotive combinative instrument, all kinds of motor (such
as seat motor, wiper motor, window lift motor, etc.), body control module,
remote door lock controller, air-condition controller, electromotion
control mechanism, vehicular communication terminal operating system, GPS
system, car-mount radio telephone、vehicular dispatching terminal,
electronic antenna, electromotion fan unit assembly, vehicular fan ,cool
unit assembly, vehicular refrigerator, automotive glass, vehicle speed
sensor, portable brake performance meter, taxi mileage fare meter with tax
processing function, vehicle DVD, automotive receiver, charger, automotive
alternator, safety gasbag, automotive door, etc.
The center can provide complete service for the client, such as enterprise
standard draft, product design, modification consultation, testing and
